If you are using WiFi and having difficulty you can try the following suggestions:
* Move closer to your Wireless Router
* Minimize interference by reducing obstructions between you and the Wireless router. Obstructions include metal objects, microwave ovens, appliances, other electronic devices.
* Reduce the number of wireless devices trying to access the network at the same time including WiFi TVs, computers, tablets and smart phones.
One of the most common sources of an outage is a power failure. Check your equipment to be sure that it is powered up.
We often see that restarting your network hardware can solve a problem.
Your fiber connection terminates into a HBPW supplied device called an ONT. Try restarting the ONT and your router, if you have one.
